IMPORTANT! Cyber-attack on SFI!

As you may or may not know – there was a Cyber-attack on SFI!

SFI were forced to change their log in process to make it safer to go into the site.

If you are experiencing any more troubles with logging in, please let me know. I will try to assist from this end.

Hello,

As you may know from the emails you are receiving from your team, some affiliates are still having trouble resetting their passwords (a requirement due to the cyber-attack). If you are not up to speed on the attack, see: http://news.sfimg.com/index.php?entry=entry140220-213547

I’m attaching for you below information on the issues everyone is having the most difficulties with today.  Please review this information and, if you can, please help us get the word out to your affiliates.  Also note that we are posting updates at: news.sfimg.com and also on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

We greatly appreciate your help, patience, and understanding as we work to get everything back up and running again as quickly as possible.  Thank you!

EMAIL DELIVERY ISSUES:

1. If you've requested the password reset email MORE THAN ONCE, you MUST use the latest one. All older ones will have been voided by the newer request. You MUST use the latest one.

If you feel that you are stuck in a loop, THIS is the reason.  You MUST wait to receive the password reset email and ONLY click on the link of the latest one!  If you click on an older one, you’ll just start the cycle all over again.  Again, you MUST use the link in the latest one ONLY!

2. Those using Hotmail, AOL, Outlook, and Live (and possibly gmail for some parts of the world), are apparently experiencing poor service from their email provider. We've extended the expiration on the link to 24 hours to allow for SLOW delivery of your email from your ISP.  But if you feel your ISP is not going to deliver the email at all, you will need to get another email account, let us know (submit a ticket at support.sfimg.com) what your new email address is, and we can enter it in your account on your behalf so that you can receive the password reset email from your new ISP and get your SFI account back online.

DAILY VERSAPOINTS & VP STREAK:

Due to Thursday's cyber-attack fall-out, we will be automatically awarding the 10 daily VersaPoints needed to keep your VP streak intact both for Thursday, Feb. 20th, and Friday, Feb 21st. If difficulties are still being experienced, we may extend this policy further. Watch for further updates at news.sfimg.com.
